Raspberry Bliss Balls are easy & delicious. This is a good one for those amongst us who are not particularly confident in the kitchen nor have time.

Soil Sister Lou made a batch of these recently for one of our gardening workshop and they were gone in an instant. They are a great little healthy snack to make with kids.

Ingredients :

1/4 cup coconut oil

3/4 cup shredded coconut

1 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup slightly thawed frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until a consistent mixture. Grab two tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls until smooth with palm of your hand. Place on tray. Repeat until no mixture left. Put in fridge until set (about one hour). Lasts for a week in an airtight container in fridge. Devour with a cup of tea.
